Why Choose Lemot
See why buyers choose Lemot for supplier screening, structured project management, quality control and transparent sourcing execution in China.
Why Lemot
More Control. Fewer Unknowns. A Better Way to Source from China.
A sourcing partner on the ground
Lemot combines supplier screening, structured project management, quality control and local execution—giving you clearer information before every important sourcing decision.
One Accountable Team
One local team coordinates suppliers, inspections, logistics and the information your project depends on.
Defined Approval Points
Suppliers, samples, order terms and shipment move forward only after the required review and approval.
Visibility Before Decisions
Quotations, progress updates, inspection findings and key documents remain visible throughout the project.
Your Decisions. Our Local Execution.
You retain control of the key approvals. Lemot coordinates the work in China required to support each decision.
A Different Operating Model
From Fragmented Coordination to One Managed Sourcing Project
Lemot does more than introduce suppliers. We coordinate the work between your sourcing brief and delivery while keeping the key decisions under your control.
Multiple Separate Conversations
The buyer coordinates factories, inspectors and logistics providers independently.
One Accountable Point of Coordination
A dedicated Lemot project manager coordinates the parties, records and next actions.
Updates Depend on the Supplier
Changes, delays and production issues may only become visible when the supplier reports them.
Defined Milestones and Documented Status
Critical project stages, changes, responsibilities and approvals are actively tracked.
Decisions Made with Limited Evidence
Quotations, samples and shipment decisions may be reviewed without aligned information.
Approval-Ready Information
Comparable quotations, sample records and inspection findings support each key approval.
Costs Hidden Inside a Resale Margin
Product pricing and trading-company margin may be combined into one quotation.
Supplier Prices and Fees Stay Visible
Supplier quotations remain identifiable and Lemot's service fee is itemised separately.
The practical difference
Finding a supplier is only the beginning. The real difference is how the work that follows is managed.
Four Proof Points
Evidence You Can Examine, Not Just Claims
Our supplier resources, quality controls, regional knowledge and project results give buyers practical evidence behind the Lemot model.
Control Without Micromanagement
You Keep the Decisions. Lemot Keeps the Work Moving.
Each critical stage has a clear buyer approval and a defined set of local tasks coordinated by Lemot before the project advances.
Supplier Approval
You approve the recommended supplier after reviewing the selection rationale and aligned quotation.
Supplier identification, screening, verification and quote alignment.
Sample Approval
You review and approve the final sample before production requirements are locked.
Sampling, feedback, revisions and the record of agreed product details.
Order Confirmation
You confirm specifications, pricing, payment terms and the agreed production schedule.
Order details, responsibilities, documentation and production milestones.
Shipment Approval
You approve shipment after reviewing inspection findings and any required corrective action.
Inspection, corrective follow-up, shipping documents and delivery coordination.
Control stays with you.
Progress does not depend on you managing every factory conversation, inspection detail or local follow-up task yourself.

Questions Buyers Ask About the Lemot Model
Clear answers about responsibilities, supplier relationships, fees, project visibility and the decisions that remain under your control.
01 How is Lemot different from a traditional trading company?
Lemot works as a sourcing and project-management partner rather than relying on an undisclosed resale margin. Supplier quotations remain identifiable, Lemot's fee is shown separately and key decisions stay with you.
02 Which sourcing decisions remain under the buyer's control?
You approve the recommended supplier, final sample, order terms and shipment. Lemot coordinates the local work and information required to support each approval.
03 How does Lemot keep supplier pricing transparent?
The supplier's product quotation remains visible and Lemot's 5% service fee is itemised separately. Any separately quoted product development or project-specific service is confirmed before work begins.
04 Can we use selected Lemot services instead of the full process?
Yes. You may select individual services or ask Lemot to coordinate a fully managed project. The scope, responsibilities, deliverables and related fees are confirmed before the work starts.
05 How is project progress kept visible?
Critical milestones, quotation records, sample approvals, production updates, inspection findings and shipment documents are tracked and shared throughout the project.
06 What happens if a quality or after-sales problem occurs?
Lemot assists with evidence collection, responsibility clarification, supplier communication, negotiation, claims and corrective follow-up according to the circumstances of the issue.
07 Does Lemot replace our relationship with the supplier?
Lemot coordinates the supplier relationship and local execution according to the agreed project scope. Supplier information, quotations and responsibilities remain visible rather than being hidden behind a resale model.
